RISING STARS: YAMAHA'S FIVE-STAR DEALER PROGRAM

There are many stores offering these goods, but you’d rather go to the experts, someone you can trust, someone who sells high quality products in a clean, friendly and comfortable atmosphere and treats you more like a friend than as a customer. That’s what you can expect from Yamaha’s Five-Star Dealers.
“Our dealers are always striving to be the best in every area,” says Peter Smallman-Tew, Yamaha’s VP, Sales and Marketing. “Everyone deserves the five-star treatment, and our dealers aim to provide the best customer service before, during and after every sale. Just like that five-star resort or hotel, every member of our dealers’ staff treats customers how they should be treated. Five-Star dealers are continuously training their service staff through Yamaha Education Courses (YEC) so that customers can be assured that their Yamaha is receiving the tender, love and care it deserves.
Along with excellent customer and technical service, Five-Star dealers are also focused on developing informative and more modern websites, participating in local events and media, and providing a wide selection of parts and accessories. It’s about getting out there, interacting with customers and being part of the community.
